The base color is Illamasqua Charisma – and it stimulated me to use metal, acrylic craft colors for a flower french. I’m no longer pretty glad with the plants, they appearance a piece too flat/one-dimensional, metal hues takes a little being used to I wager. The top coat is as typical Seche Vite.
