Mid Century Modern Nail Art

Mid century modern nail art by @chalkboardnails

Howdy friends! It is been some time because I published here (way to all and sundry that reached out to make certain I used to be ok), however I'm returned with more than one snazzy new things to show you! Firstly, don't leave out my new weblog header! I desired something sparkling, lighter, and more a laugh, and so I made it mahself. 2d, I'm shooting my photos on a light heritage! The black history seemed too heavy with the weblog refresh, so I'm giving this a move.

Now, on to the nail art. This simple appearance was created with the aid of saying "sure, and..." You know that rule of improv wherein you're speculated to take what your partner says and say "sure, and..."? It accepts what's already placed into play after which adds more to the scene. Well in this manicure, I just kept adding portions! It looked first-rate at several ranges at some stage in the process, but I determined not to prevent and to hold adding elements.

I used the following polishes for this look:
LVX Militaire (base)
LVX Monarch (gold)
Salon Perfect Oil Slick (black)
Formula X Push the Limits (red-orange)

Are we able to take a second to surprise at the beauty this is LVX Militaire, via the manner? It is any such notable fabulous grey with just a twinge of inexperienced, and it covered perfectly in  coats.

After making use of the bottom, I used the polish brush of Monarch to dab a few random gold shapes on top of it. Next, I grabbed my new Tati Chou Chou element brush (splurge!) to add the skinny black linework. The remaining step before topcoat become to apply the crimson and black dots; use a dotting device for the smaller ones and a pencil eraser for the big ones.

I hope you enjoyed this look, and here's crossing my fingers that the next post won't be another month out! :)
