The base color is Kiko 295 Cerulean Blue, and to create a little frosty air, I added a layer of China Glaze Fairy Dust. Then I painted the snowy floor and the frame of the snowman with acrylic craft coloration, and when dry I painted the bushes and the details of the snowman, and in the end I delivered some snow to the trees earlier than I top coated with Seche vite.
