The base color is Ciate Regatta, a one-coater semi-matte denim finish polish. It turned into so pretty, and that i determined to go for something very quick and simple, and with a silver striper matching the shimmer in Regatta, I painted random stripes and dots. The top coat (Seche Vite) made the polish a touch darker and brought out the shimmer even greater.
