Glittering Garland is dark, glittering green just like the garlands and yuletide bushes, it’s a jelly filled with glitter and virtually, without a doubt quite, really one among my favorites from this series. i get full opacity in coats, and it’s smooth to use. The coloration i've used China Glaze Ridge Filler as a base coat, however no top coat, and look the way it shines though. but I surely recommend a top coat – as always
