Illamasqua Rubber Brights – and a true story about Illamasqua's Customer Services

these days I’m proud to expose you swatches of four of the six Rubber Brights, that formerly were released inside the US as a Sephora exclusive – but now they're available in Illamasqua’s WEBSHOP, and the closing  shades will arrive quickly.
however first I want to tell you a real story approximately Illamasqua’s patron services…
within the center of September I ordered some polishes from Illamasqua. among them were  in Vice, a beautiful blue. I needed one for myself and one as a gift. but each had leaked upon arrival, just like the lids weren’t tightened. I contacted customer offerings and after having sent snap shots of the trouble, I were given  new ones.
They arrived and is time one had leaked very lots, so I contacted customer offerings again, but did now not pay attention a component. Time went by way of and that i sent a new email proper earlier than we went on holiday in October – still nothing.
i was of direction very disappointed and sad, and mid November I refused to consider that they intentionally left out me and dragged myself out of the selfpity-pond. I emailed them again, this time from a distinct e-mail address, and simultaneously I additionally emailed Julian Kynaston, the founding father of Illamasqua, with whom I previously had corresponded…
within the hour there was a reply with sincere apologies, my first emails someway by no means reached customer offerings. They of course wanted to update the leaking force, however I said that if it was adequate, I’d a good deal as an alternative have a Nomad or a Baptiste as a backup, due to the fact they're among my all time favorites. And guess what, they despatched me each!!
but that’s no longer all…
In my e-mail correspondence with Julian Kynaston I had referred to that I was hoping that the Rubber Brights became to be had right here in Europe too. And someday an electronic mail arrived from the client offerings telling me, that Julian might send me one of each of the Rubber Brights to make an apology for the mishap – and bet who did a stupid satisfied polish dance and notion she died and went to heaven…?  (in case you don’t realize the answer, it of course me ;))
And right here they are – and i would like to express my gratitude to a splendid make up organisation with a top notch patron services and founder – Illamasqua!!!

 

 

First we have Nurture, described as a candy, apple green - 2 coats, now not pinnacle coat. It applies like a dream, dries quick and  the finish is matte and brilliant silky-smooth to touch. i like this colourful in-your-face green, it makes me happy simply by means of looking at it!

Next we have Devotee - a candy pink, - 2 coats, not pinnacle coat. It applies like a dream, dries quickly and  the end is matte and outstanding silky-gentle to touch. this is each wonderful girly - but additionally feminine and amusing for a barely older lady like me ;)

 

 

As the third jewel we have Serenity, a bright turquise - 2 coats, no longer top coat. It applies like a dream, dries speedy and  the finish is matte and excellent silky-tender to the touch. It makes me think of excursion, seashore perspectives, sailing, swimming and a blue sky...

 

 

As the fourth and final today we have Prosperity, a rich purple - 2 coats, not pinnacle coat. It applies like a dream, dries speedy and  the finish is matte and first rate silky-tender to touch. Oh how i love this colour, and that i stay up for portray nail art on it - and perhaps by no means remove it once more ;)

As quickly as i have the yellow Optimist from the Rubber Brights i'll display you swatches of it plus the lovely pink (of path with that call) Aorta, that I have already got - i will let you know it's far gorgeous!!!
